House Rules
The house rules are part of these Terms and Conditions, please read our House Rules.
Price
The price is only valid for each booking and the promotions applied may not be available for future bookings
Check-in/Check-out
- The Check-in start from 14:00. If you want to arrive early, let us know and we'll try to accommodate your request.
- The Check-out must be done before 12:00. If you want to leave the house later, please check availability.
Deposit
- Once the booking has been confirmed, the deposit must be paid in the next 48 hours.
- To guarantee the booking, a minimum payment of 50% is required.
- Some of our booking platform may require a full payment to confirm the booking.
- Please, check our cancellation policy below.
Payments
- The total price of your booking and any other extra agreed must be paid upon your arrival.
- We accept Card payments, bank transfers or cash payments.
Security Deposit
- A 200 Euros security deposit is required.
- The cost of any damage caused during the say will be reduced from the security deposit
Security Deposit Payment
- When the booking is paid by card, the security deposit will be taken as an authorisation from the same used card. The authorisation will be cancelled maximum 7 days after the booking finishes.
- When the booking is paid by bank transfer or cash, the security deposit will paid in cash at the arrival to the house and will be returned when leaving the property.
Guest Registry
- All the guest must provide a original valid photo ID document (Passport, DNI, etc).
- This documents will be scanned and sent to the Guardia Civil (Police) according to current legislation.
Change Policy
- If you wish to change your booking, please let us know, we'll try to accommodate your request.
- The change will be done free of charge but the difference in rates may apply.
Cancelation Policy
Bookings via our Website
A booking can be cancelled by the guest according to the following conditions:
- If the booking is cancelled up to 60 days before the arrival, 100% of any payment done will be refunded.
- If the booking is cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival, 95% of any payment done will be refunded.
- If the booking is cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival, 50% of any payment done will be refunded.
- If cancelled later, no refunded will be done.
Some bookings may have special cancellation policy, please check conditions when booking your stay.
If we need to cancel your booking, a full refund of any payment done will be provided.
Bookings via other booking platforms
Each booking platform will apply it's own conditions. Please check them directly in the booking platform.
Responsibility
It is under the responsibility and risk of the guest:
- The use of the swimming pool
- The use of the parking
- The control and surveillance of personal belongings or valuable items.
